Once the block reaches the top of the level, the red flag is located immediately to the right. The players must then ascend another pink block elevator while avoiding more Koopa Troopas and Paratroopas and collecting the remaining two Star Coins. When the players reach the top of the first pink block elevator, they can jump onto a platform of red blocks to access a red Warp Pipe. This hidden path contains the level's second and third Star Coins. World 3-5 has a secret exit which is only accessible after the ! There are Propeller Mushrooms, Propeller Blocks, and Ice Blocks available to assist the players, along with Red Blocks which only appear after activating the ! Switch in the World 3 Map. The normal way to beat this auto-scrolling level is standing on the rotating pink block, while jumping when needed and avoiding Koopa Troopas and Venus Fire Traps.
